The patch titled
     Subject: btrfs-use-radix_tree_iter_retry-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     btrfs-use-radix_tree_iter_retry-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into btrfs-use-radix_tree_iter_retry.patch
