[merged] mm-simplify-lock_page_memcg.patch removed from -mm tree

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: simplify lock_page_memcg()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     mm-simplify-lock_page_memcg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

------------------------------------------------------
From: Johannes Weiner <hannes@xxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: mm: simplify lock_page_memcg()

Now that migration doesn't clear page->mem_cgroup of live pages anymore,
it's safe to make lock_page_memcg() and the memcg stat functions take
pages, and spare the callers from memcg objects.
