- isicom-correct-firmware-loading.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     isicom: correct firmware loading

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     isicom-correct-firmware-loading.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: isicom: correct firmware loading

- loading of firmware didn't fail when something went wrong (returned 0). 

- pointer to frame was incremented only by sizeof(frame) excluding its
  data contents -- bad idea.

- tell the card we're ready just after checking is complete, not before.
