The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory-failure.c: remove useless "undef"s
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memory-failurec-remove-the-useless-undefs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
