The patch titled
     Subject: fix SLAB_DESTROTY_BY_RCU
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-slab-introduce-new-slab-management-type-objfreelist_slab-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-slab-introduce-new-slab-management-type-objfreelist_slab.patch
