The patch titled

     via* : switch to pci_get_device refcounted PCI API

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     pci-via-switch-to-pci_get_device-refcounted-pci-api.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
