The patch titled
     Subject: mm-compaction-speed-up-pageblock_pfn_to_page-when-zone-is-contiguous-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-compaction-speed-up-pageblock_pfn_to_page-when-zone-is-contiguous-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
