The patch titled
     Subject: kexec-provide-arch_kexec_protectunprotect_crashkres-v4
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     kexec-provide-arch_kexec_protectunprotect_crashkres-v4.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/kexec-provide-arch_kexec_protectunprotect_crashkres-v4.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/kexec-provide-arch_kexec_protectunprotect_crashkres-v4.patch
