The patch titled
     Subject: mm: memcontrol: group kmem init and exit functions together
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcontrol-group-kmem-init-and-exit-functions-together.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Put all the related code to setup and teardown the kmem accounting state
into the same location.  No functional change intended.
