The patch titled
     Subject: fat: constify fatent_operations structures
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fat-constify-fatent_operations-structures.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: fat: constify fatent_operations structures

The fatent_operations structures are never modified, so declare them as
const.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.
