The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/filesystems/vfat.txt: update the limitation for fat fallocate
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-filesystems-vfattxt-update-the-limitation-for-fat-fallocate.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
