The patch titled
     Subject: mm, numa: skip PTE-mapped THP on numa fault
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-numa-skip-pte-mapped-thp-on-numa-fault.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

We're going to have THP mapped with PTEs. It will confuse numabalancing.
Let's skip them for now.
