The patch titled
     Subject: mm: memcontrol: move socket code for unified hierarchy accounting
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcontrol-move-socket-code-for-unified-hierarchy-accounting.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: memcontrol: move socket code for unified hierarchy accounting

The unified hierarchy memory controller will account socket memory.  Move
the infrastructure functions accordingly.
