The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mempolicy-convert-the-shared_policy-lock-to-a-rwlock-fix-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mempolicy-convert-the-shared_policy-lock-to-a-rwlock.patch
