The patch titled
     Subject: mm-oom-introduce-oom-reaper-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-oom-introduce-oom-reaper-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-oom-introduce-oom-reaper.patch
