The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2/dlm: cleanup redunant lksb flags in dlmcommon.h
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     ocfs2-dlm-cleanup-redunant-lksb-flags-in-dlmcommonh.patch

This patch should soon appear at

and later at

lksb flags are defined both in dlmapi.h and dlmcommon.h. So clean them
up from dlmcommon.h.
