- kill-pf_dead-flag.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     kill PF_DEAD flag

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     kill-pf_dead-flag.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

After the previous change (->flags & PF_DEAD) <=> (->state == EXIT_DEAD), we
don't need PF_DEAD any longer.
