The patch titled
     Subject: mm: page_alloc: generalize the dirty balance reserve
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-page_alloc-generalize-the-dirty-balance-reserve.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-page_alloc-generalize-the-dirty-balance-reserve.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-page_alloc-generalize-the-dirty-balance-reserve.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

Subject: mm: page_alloc: generalize the dirty balance reserve

The dirty balance reserve that dirty throttling has to consider is merely
memory not available to userspace allocations.  There is nothing
writeback-specific about it.  Generalize the name so that it's reusable
outside of that context.
