[folded-merged] remove-abs64-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: remove-abs64-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     remove-abs64-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into remove-abs64.patch
