[merged] arch-sh-use-sign_extend64-for-sign-extension.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: arch/sh/kernel/traps_64.c: use sign_extend64() for sign extension
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-sh-use-sign_extend64-for-sign-extension.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
