The patch titled
     Subject: mm: clear_soft_dirty_pmd() requires THP
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-clear_soft_dirty_pmd-requires-thp.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Don't build clear_soft_dirty_pmd() if transparent huge pages are not
enabled.
