The patch titled
     Subject: selftests-vm-add-tests-for-lock-on-fault-v9
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     selftests-vm-add-tests-for-lock-on-fault-v9.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into selftests-vm-add-tests-for-lock-on-fault.patch
