- scx200_gpio-export-cleanups.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     scx200_gpio export cleanups

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     scx200_gpio-export-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL for new symbols, and declare the struct in the header
file for access by other modules.
