+ mm-thp-remove-compound_lock.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm, thp: remove compound_lock()
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-thp-remove-compound_lock.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-thp-remove-compound_lock.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-thp-remove-compound_lock.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

Subject: mm, thp: remove compound_lock()

We are going to use migration entries to stabilize page counts. It means
we don't need compound_lock() for that.
