- uml-dont-roll-my-own-random-mac-generator.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     uml: don't roll my own random MAC generator

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     uml-dont-roll-my-own-random-mac-generator.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use the existing random_ether_addr() instead of cooking up my own
