[merged] userfaultfd-selftest-headers-fixup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: selftest: headers fixup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-selftest-headers-fixup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Depend on "make headers_install" to create proper headers to include
