[merged] mm-use-vma_is_anonymous-in-create_huge_pmd-and-wp_huge_pmd.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: use vma_is_anonymous() in create_huge_pmd() and wp_huge_pmd()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-use-vma_is_anonymous-in-create_huge_pmd-and-wp_huge_pmd.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Let's use helper rather than direct check of vma->vm_ops to distinguish
anonymous VMA.
