The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS/CREDITS: mark MaxRAID as Orphan, move Anil Ravindranath to CREDITS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-credits-mark-maxraid-as-orphan-move-anil-ravindranath-to-credits.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
