The patch titled

     PCI: add ICH7/8 ACPI/GPIO io resource quirks

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     pci-add-ich7-8-acpi-gpio-io-resource-quirks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
