The patch titled
     Subject: mm: madvise allow remove operation for hugetlbfs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-madvise-allow-remove-operation-for-hugetlbfs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Now that we have hole punching support for hugetlbfs, we can
also support the MADV_REMOVE interface to it.
