[merged] memtest-cleanup-log-messages.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: memtest: cleanup log messages
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memtest-cleanup-log-messages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

- prefer pr_info(...  to printk(KERN_INFO ...
- use %pa for phys_addr_t
- use cpu_to_be64 while printing pattern in reserve_bad_mem()
