The patch titled
     Subject: mm-rename-and-move-get-set_freepage_migratetype-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-rename-and-move-get-set_freepage_migratetype-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-rename-and-move-get-set_freepage_migratetype.patch
