The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-linux-documentation-vm-userfaultfdtxt-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into userfaultfd-linux-documentation-vm-userfaultfdtxt.patch
