The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: change mhocko's email address to kernel.org
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-change-my-email-address-to-kernelorg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
