The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: get rid of extern for functions in memcontrol.h
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     memcg-get-rid-of-extern-for-functions-in-memcontrolh.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/memcg-get-rid-of-extern-for-functions-in-memcontrolh.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/memcg-get-rid-of-extern-for-functions-in-memcontrolh.patch

change the rest to follow the same style.
