The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: move Jens Osterkamp to CREDITS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-move-jens-osterkamp-to-credits.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
