[merged] ipc-rename-ipc_obtain_object.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ipc: rename ipc_obtain_object
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ipc-rename-ipc_obtain_object.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

...  to ipc_obtain_object_idr, which is more meaningful and makes the code
slightly easier to follow.
