The patch titled
     Subject: kasan: remove duplicate definition of the macro KASAN_FREE_PAGE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kasan-remove-duplicate-definition-of-the-macro-kasan_free_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
