[merged] checkpatch-remove-local-from-codespell-path.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: remove local from codespell path
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-remove-local-from-codespell-path.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

local is typically used for manually installed apps.
For apps installed from distro the right path is /usr/share.
