[merged] drivers-md-mdc-use-strreplace.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/md/md.c: use strreplace()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-md-mdc-use-strreplace.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: drivers/md/md.c: use strreplace()

There's no point in starting over when we meet a '/'.  This also
eliminates a stack variable and a little .text.
