The patch titled
     Subject: netconsole: make netconsole_target->enabled a bool
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     netconsole-make-netconsole_target-enabled-a-bool.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: netconsole: make netconsole_target->enabled a bool

netconsole uses both bool and int for boolean values.  Let's convert
nt->enabled to bool for consistency.
