The patch titled
     Subject: powerpc/mm: use generic version of pmdp_clear_flush
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-mm-use-generic-version-of-pmdp_clear_flush.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
