The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: UFFDIO_COPY|UFFDIO_ZEROPAGE uAPI
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     userfaultfd-uffdio_copyuffdio_zeropage-uapi.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/userfaultfd-uffdio_copyuffdio_zeropage-uapi.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/userfaultfd-uffdio_copyuffdio_zeropage-uapi.patch
