The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: add co-maintainer for LED subsystem
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-add-co-maintainer-for-led-subsystem.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
