The patch titled Subject: parisc: use for_each_sg() has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is parisc-use-for_each_sg.patch This patch should soon appear at http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/parisc-use-for_each_sg.patch and later at http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/parisc-use-for_each_sg.patch Before you just go and hit "reply", please: a) Consider who else should be cc'ed b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's *** Remember to use Documentation/SubmitChecklist when testing your code *** The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated there every 3-4 working days ------------------------------------------------------ From: Akinobu Mita <akinobu.mita@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: parisc: use for_each_sg() This replaces the plain loop over the sglist array with for_each_sg() macro which consists of sg_next() function calls. Since parisc doesn't select ARCH_HAS_SG_CHAIN, it is not necessary to use for_each_sg() in order to loop over each sg element. But this can help find problems with drivers that do not properly initialize their sg tables when CONFIG_DEBUG_SG is enabled. Signed-off-by: Akinobu Mita <akinobu.mita@xxxxxxxxx> Cc: "James E.J.
