The patch titled
     Subject: mm: meminit: Initialise a subset of struct pages if CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT is set -fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-meminit-initialise-a-subset-of-struct-pages-if-config_deferred_struct_page_init-is-set-fix.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-meminit-initialise-a-subset-of-struct-pages-if-config_deferred_struct_page_init-is-set-fix.patch
and later at

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
