The patch titled
     Subject: mm-meminit-initialise-remaining-struct-pages-in-parallel-with-kswapd-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-meminit-initialise-remaining-struct-pages-in-parallel-with-kswapd-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
