The patch titled
     Subject: mm: meminit: minimise number of pfn->page lookups during initialisation
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-meminit-minimise-number-of-pfn-page-lookups-during-initialisation.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-meminit-minimise-number-of-pfn-page-lookups-during-initialisation.patch
and later at

Deferred struct page initialisation is using pfn_to_page() on every PFN
unnecessarily.  This patch minimises the number of lookups and scheduler
checks.
