The patch titled

     NOMMU: Order the per-mm_struct VMA list

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     nommu-order-the-per-mm_struct-vma-list.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

short when the appropriate address has been exceeded.
