The patch titled
     Subject: fs/hfsplus: replace if/BUG by BUG_ON
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-hfsplus-replace-if-bug-by-bug_on.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
